Sunseeker / Sunseeker 86 Ocean Enclosed
The 86 Ocean Enclosed is Sunseeker’s answer to owners who cruise further and in more weather than a classic flybridge allows. It takes the Ocean range’s long-legged, volume-rich platform and wraps the upper deck in glass, turning the skylounge into a climate-controlled room usable from the Baltic to the tropics.
At 26.17 metres she is built around space and range. Twin MAN engines deliver up to 3,300 horsepower combined for a 25-knot top speed, while an 8,500-litre fuel capacity stretches her reach to around 900 nautical miles. This is a yacht designed to make passages in comfort rather than chase outright pace.
Accommodation runs to four or five cabins, led by a main-deck owner’s suite that uses the full 6.56-metre beam. Full-height glazing and a flowing main deck keep the interior bright and connected to the water. The enclosed upper saloon adds a second living room with panoramic views, a space that works equally as a quiet retreat or an entertaining hub.
Unveiled at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, the 86 Ocean Enclosed positions itself between production flybridge yachts and full custom superyachts: serious volume and cruising range, delivered with Sunseeker’s build quality and residual strength. New hulls are specified to order, with layout and finish tailored to the owner.

She is built to cover ground. Twin MAN engines produce up to 3,300 horsepower combined for a top speed near 25 knots, but the real story is efficiency: the fast-displacement hull lets her hold an easy cruise while sipping fuel compared with a planing boat of similar size. An 8,500-litre tank supports roughly 900 nautical miles between fills, enough to cross the Tyrrhenian or hop the length of the Adriatic without planning around fuel. Range at a 10 to 12 knot displacement speed stretches considerably further. The hull is designed for comfort in a seaway, keeping motion controlled so long passages stay pleasant rather than punishing. For owners who treat a yacht as a means to explore rather than a toy for the bay, this is the range’s central promise.
The silhouette is defined by that enclosed upper deck, a glazed volume that gives the 86 a taller, more superyacht-like stance than a conventional flybridge Sunseeker. Designers have kept the glass clean and the lines horizontal, so the extra height reads as elegance rather than bulk. Wide side decks and a protected foredeck lounge make moving around safe underway, important on a yacht built for passages. Aft, a generous cockpit and a hydraulic bathing platform open the stern to the water for tenders, toys and swimming. Large hull and superstructure windows flood the interior with light and give the profile a modern, confident character.
Accommodation is offered in four or five cabin layouts, anchored by a main-deck owner’s suite that spans the full 6.56-metre beam. The position forward on the main deck gives the owner privacy, light from wraparound glazing and the least motion on board. Below, VIP and guest cabins are finished to the same standard, with the warm woods, pale fabrics and flush detailing of Sunseeker’s current interiors. Ceiling heights are generous and natural light is everywhere, a deliberate contrast to the darker interiors of older long-range yachts. Crew quarters aft keep service discreet. The result feels like a home that happens to travel, rather than a boat adapted for living.
The 86 earns its name through two full living levels. The main deck flows from an aft cockpit through a bright saloon, dining area and galley, glazing on both sides dissolving the line between inside and out. Above, the enclosed skylounge is the signature space: a panoramic second saloon, usable in heat or cold, that can serve as a cinema, a bar or a calm retreat away from the main deck. Step out from it to the open upper aft deck for sunbathing and al fresco dining. Forward, the protected bow lounge adds another social corner. Few production yachts of this size offer this many distinct, weatherproof places to gather.
She is built at Sunseeker’s Poole yard to the standards that underpin the brand’s values across the brokerage market. Specification covers the generators, stabilisation and systems expected of a yacht meant for extended cruising, and the enclosed upper deck makes shoulder-season and tropical use realistic in genuine comfort. At 26 metres she typically runs with two or three crew berthed aft. As a new build she is configured to order, with cabin count, layout and finish tailored to the owner, which means the final price depends heavily on specification. Shown first at Cannes in 2026, early hulls establish her in a competitive long-range class. For a buyer who values range, volume and all-weather living over outright speed, she is a persuasive proposition.
