Twin MTU 12V2000M96L diesels drive the Unica Alloy 40 to a top speed of 20 knots, with a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. The all-aluminium hull and superstructure keep displacement low, which is what lets a 40-metre yacht cruise this quickly while staying efficient.

Exterior Design

The exterior is a study in solids and voids, with Enrico Gobbi erasing the visual barriers that usually separate a yacht from the water. An infinity pool sits behind crystal-glass bulwarks on the main deck, and a 16-metre fly deck carries a panoramic jacuzzi and bar, giving the Unica Alloy 40 two commanding outdoor spaces that define her character.
