A 50 knot top end from a single outboard, with proper construction behind it.
The standard Yamaha F250 settles into a 30 knot cruise, with a Mercury 300 ProXS or Suzuki DF300AP available for owners who want the extra margin in reserve. Lomac shaped the hull using computational fluid dynamics modelling before a single panel was laid, tuning it for exactly this kind of running rather than guessing at the geometry. A 300 litre fuel tank supports a 200 nautical mile range, enough for a genuine day out rather than a short loop back to the marina. It is a performance package built for owners who want speed on tap without the compromises that usually come with it.
Federico Fiorentino’s name sits in the naval architecture on this one, not just the styling credit.
The hull is built with vacuum infusion lamination, finished in a neopentyl gelcoat and reinforced with aramid fibre, a material more commonly associated with racing hulls than leisure RIBs. That construction choice keeps the structure stiff without adding unnecessary weight, a detail that matters when the hull itself is doing the work of carrying a 50 knot top speed comfortably. The tubes taper cleanly from stem to transom, giving the 7.5 the same lean, purposeful profile that runs through the smaller 7.0, scaled up rather than reinvented. It is a design built on substance as much as style.
Teak decking and a bimini push the 7.5 further toward genuine day cruising.
Teak lines the side decks and cockpit sole underfoot, a material choice that favours comfort and grip over pure sportiness. A swim platform, ladder and deck shower handle time in the water, while courtesy lighting and a bimini top extend her use into the evening and the midday sun alike. At the helm, a Lowrance plotter with GPS antenna sits alongside an onboard computer, depth sounder and speedometer, giving the skipper a clear read on the boat at all times. A Fusion sound system and AM/FM radio round out the guest experience, with a deck refrigerator keeping drinks cold without a trip back to the console.
Two hundred nautical miles of range and the systems to back it up at anchor.
The 300 litre fuel tank gives her the legs for a full day’s exploring, and once the anchor is down, a 7.5 kilogram stainless steel anchor on an electric windlass makes the process genuinely effortless. Two batteries and a water pressure pump keep the boat self sufficient through a long afternoon at anchor, while a shorepower connector means she is ready to plug in and recharge the moment she is back on the dock. Seventy litres of fresh water covers a shower and a rinse down after a swim, enough for a proper day on the water without planning around it.
Behind every Adrenalina is Lomac’s own engineering department, carrying real racing pedigree.
The 7.5 has been in continuous production since 2016, long enough for Lomac to refine the hull and systems through real world use rather than a single design cycle. An engine alarm and horn are built into the console as standard safety provisions, a small but telling sign of how thoroughly the boat has been specified. Combined with the aramid reinforced, vacuum infused hull and Fiorentino’s own naval architecture credit, the engineering story here is as considered as the styling, built by a yard that treats a RIB with the same rigour it would bring to a larger motor yacht.
