Saxdor / Saxdor 400 GTS
Saxdor builds the 400 GTS as a true crossover, merging the open transom versatility of a walkaround with a fully enclosed hardtop cabin that seats and shelters a crew of twelve. The twin-stepped, deep-V hull slices through the Baltic chop at up to 50 knots, driven by a pair of Mercury V8 or V10 outboards producing a combined 850 horsepower, yet it planes early enough to loaf at 25 knots on a fraction of the 900-litre tank. A full-beam glass windshield wraps forward, channelling airflow over the cockpit while the retractable canvas aft section opens the saloon to sky. Below, the layout packs a convertible dinette, a heads compartment and generous stowage into a 12.4-metre waterline, keeping the weekend option live without adding draught beyond 0.65 metres. Finnish build quality shows in the vacuum-infused GRP layup: tight panel gaps, flush hatches, and gel coat that shrugs off UV. On deck, the social circuit runs bow sun pad, midships helm station with twin screens, an L-shaped cockpit lounge and a fold-out swim platform with integrated boarding ladder. Rigging options span rod holders, live bait wells and a wakeboard tower, so a single hull covers fishing, watersports and coastal cruising. Saxdor prices the 400 GTS from EUR 252,000 before VAT, positioning it below rivals that offer less deck space and lower top speed.
