Riva enters the superyacht arena with the 54Metri, a 54.83-metre all-aluminium flagship that carries the Sarnico yard’s performance DNA into a hull designed for global cruising. Built entirely from aluminium and registered under 500 gross tonnes, the 54Metri combines structural lightness with a draught of just 2.2 metres, opening anchorages that steel-hulled contemporaries cannot reach. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M96 engines, each delivering 2,000 horsepower, drive the 400-tonne hull to 18 knots at full load, with an efficient 14-knot cruise mode that extends range across open ocean passages. The 9.17-metre beam provides the volume for a main-deck owner’s suite and guest accommodation spread across the lower deck, serviced by a crew complement housed in separate forward quarters. Above, a sun deck with jacuzzi, a sky lounge and a sheltered aft cockpit create three distinct entertaining zones, each finished to the standard Ferretti Group clients expect: hand-stitched leathers, book-matched veneers and custom metalwork. The exterior reflects Officina Italiana Design’s interpretation of Riva’s aquamarine heritage at superyacht scale, translating the brand’s signature mahogany-and-chrome language into contemporary aluminium surfaces, stainless accents and wraparound glazing that floods the interior with natural light.
