Five cabins on a thirty metre hull is a squeeze that pays off. Ten guests get their own rooms on a yacht that still berths where the big fleet cannot, and the fifth cabin usually comes out of the crew area rather than the saloon. It is the layout for two families travelling together.
Thirteen yachts run it, from twenty six to thirty three metres. Ferretti leads with Nailu plus and Together, Azimut has Super and Marea La Nautica, and Benetti, Moonen, Custom Line, Monte Carlo Yachts and Dreamline take one apiece. Andeo, Eleganza and Andi Star are traditionally built sailing hulls, and they charter for a fraction of the motor fleet. Nine of the thirteen carry ten guests.
Weekly rates run from nineteen thousand five hundred euros for the sailing hulls to one hundred and thirty three thousand for Diana II, with the median at eighty thousand. The motor fleet mostly sits between sixty nine thousand and one hundred and ten thousand. Add an advance provisioning allowance of roughly thirty percent for fuel, food, berthing and drinks. Build year separates the two ends more than length does.
Crews run four to six, so the service is attentive without being formal, and the tender and toys come out on request rather than on a schedule. Summer runs the Riviera, Sardinia, the Amalfi coast and the Dalmatian islands, with the sailing hulls working the Aegean and the Gulf of Gokova.
