The Catalina 445 is the ideal all-around sailboat. It provides comfortable interior accommodations, including three cabins, two heads, a spacious salon, a nav station, and a galley. The large cockpit features a folding table, twin helms, and excellent access to the sugar scoop transom. It’s easy to sail, with all control lines led aft to electric winches, as well as a furling mainsail and headsail. Its ICW-friendly air draft and shallow draft (shoal draft version) are perfect for East Coast cruisers.
With its low usage, this super clean 2011 Catalina 445 is a rare find and is ready to go. She is currently in a slip at Safe Harbor Charleston City Marina, having just been hauled out for a fresh bottom job that included media blasting, epoxy coating, and bottom paint. The hull was washed and waxed.
