ACTA is a 51.2-metre motor yacht built by Feadship and delivered in 2007, refitted in 2020. Designed with a shallow draft of just 2.2 metres, she can reach anchorages, coves and Bahamian cuts that are simply off-limits to almost any other Feadship of her size, giving her a cruising flexibility that is disproportionate to her 51-metre length.
Her interior was created by Joanne Lockhart of Yacht Next, who used rich materials throughout to create a sense of elegance and tradition: black walnut, myrtle burl and eucalyptus are combined with contemporary furniture and rich fabrics in compositions that feel both classical and modern. In the main foyer, a spectacular four-person circular glass elevator framed in polished stainless steel gives ACTA both a practical multigenerational asset and one of the most distinctive design features of any yacht in the 50-metre class. The upper salon is a refined club lounge with large windows, high-back settee and a bar.
The full-beam owner’s stateroom is exceptionally bright, with a considerable interior volume and expanses of windows, its own his-and-hers bathroom and shaded aft deck with a private Jacuzzi and dining area giving the principal guests an entirely private world above the main deck. The four remaining lower-deck cabins open from a stunning foyer and comprise two queen cabins and two twin cabins, each with large en-suite bathrooms.
On deck, cantilevered wing platforms on the sun deck give ACTA exceptional width for sunbathing and entertaining, while a recreation platform at the stern launches her water toys with ease. The yacht is attended by a crew of ten, nearly one per guest, an exceptional ratio that translates directly into a genuinely personal charter experience. Quantum Marine zero-speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor wherever ACTA drops the hook.
The main deck aft of Acta is the social heart of the exterior: a covered area with comfortable built-in seating, a dining table and a natural flow to the swim platform below. Whether for casual lunches or formal dinners under the stars, this space is purposefully designed for the pleasures of outdoor life at sea.
The main salon of Acta is a considered and generous open-plan living and dining area that uses the finest materials, furniture and lighting to create a space that feels as refined and comfortable as a top private residence. Large windows ensure natural light throughout the day, and the natural flow from salon to aft deck makes indoor-outdoor living completely effortless.
The master suite of Acta occupies the finest position on the yacht for privacy and natural light. A king-sized bed, sitting area, his-and-hers dressing facilities and a premium stone en-suite bathroom with shower and bath create a private retreat of the highest calibre, one that compares favourably with the finest suites in any shore-based five-star hotel.
The sun deck of Acta is the highest and most panoramic outdoor space on board: a Jacuzzi, sun pads, comfortable loungers and a well-stocked bar create a space where guests naturally gather. Unobstructed views in every direction make it equally popular at sunrise and sunset.
