AMORAKI is a twenty three metre Posillipo, a 2002 flybridge motor yacht brought up to date in a 2018 refit, an elegant and easy going cruiser that charters the Greek islands for nine guests. Posillipo built a strong following for yachts that marry Italian style with a soft, comfortable ride, and AMORAKI carries that character into a layout made for relaxed summers on the water.
Her profile is classic Italian flybridge, a clean white hull under a generous upper deck, and the proportions give her more living space than her length suggests. The flybridge runs long and open, a helm forward and a sociable lounge and dining set up behind, shaded where it matters and open to the breeze, the place most guests gravitate to once the lines are off. From there the view opens over whatever bay the crew have found for the day.
The main deck looks after the social life of the yacht. Aft, a shaded cockpit carries a dining table set for long lunches with the sea a step behind, and the wide side decks lead forward to a foredeck lounge for quieter hours. At sea level the bathing platform opens onto the water with toys ready to launch, so swimming, paddleboarding and a turn on the jet skis fill the warm afternoons.
Inside, AMORAKI is warm and inviting. Rich timber joinery runs throughout, softened with cream upholstery and gentle lighting, a finish that feels settled and calm against the bright island light. The main saloon is an open plan living space, a seating area and a dining table sharing one connected room, with a small foyer and stair leading below. It is an interior that rewards a long charter, comfortable rather than formal, a proper second home on the water.
Four cabins accommodate nine guests. The master takes the full beam with a generous berth, good storage and its own ensuite in pale stone, while a double guest cabin, a further cabin and a triple look after the rest of the party and the children. Each room is finished in the same warm wood and kept to a high standard, private and restful for a week of early swims and late dinners.
With a crew of four and a top end near twenty eight knots, AMORAKI balances personal service with the pace to roam. Her size lets her tuck into the small harbours and quiet coves of the Cyclades and the Ionian that larger yachts have to admire from a distance, and the next island is always within an easy run. Her natural ground is Greece and the East Mediterranean, a summer of clear water, whitewashed towns and long days at anchor.
AMORAKI suits a family or a group of friends after an unhurried, good value charter with real Italian character, a yacht where the days are built around the sea rather than the schedule. Comfortable, well travelled and easy to be aboard, she is a relaxed way to see the best of the Greek islands. The crew know these waters well and make every day aboard feel effortless.
