Twin Volvo D3 220hp diesels are the standard fit, with 270hp Volvo D3 or Mercruiser 6.2 litre 300hp petrol options for owners who want more top end. Displacing 5.2 tonnes on a 3.3 metre beam, she carries her power lightly, and a 700 litre fuel capacity gives a genuine 200 nautical mile range rather than a marketing figure. Andreani Design’s solution was simple and effective: remove the narrow walkways down each side and push that width straight into the cockpit and the saloon. A forward door opens onto a walkway to the bow instead, so getting to the anchor locker never means edging along a rail. The result is a cockpit with the volume of an older forty foot boat, laid out with four forward facing seats, a fridge and a hob, all wrapped in the low, sporty profile that marks out every Gran Turismo. It is a small hull with a big boat’s sense of scale.

A small galley with a hob and a dedicated fridge sits within reach of the helm, so lunch on the hook needs no detour below. The four forward facing seats are unusual on a boat this size, built more for the deck plan of a much larger cruiser, and they turn the cockpit into a proper social space rather than a passage between the helm and the swim platform. When the sun goes down, the same layout closes up around the crew rather than leaving them exposed, and the whole boat reads as considered rather than crowded. She is built for the day that runs long, not just the afternoon.
