SilverYachts is a specialist builder of fast, long-range aluminium yachts founded by Guido Krass and headquartered in Western Australia. The yard combines German industrial precision with Australian aluminium craftsmanship and the visionary design of Espen Øino International, producing some of the lightest, most fuel-efficient superyachts afloat. Every SilverYachts vessel is built around a long, slender hull philosophy that minimises resistance and maximises range, enabling true global cruising at speeds conventional displacement yachts cannot sustain. The yard’s all-aluminium construction delivers exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, with hulls that are significantly lighter than equivalent steel or GRP builds. From the original 73-metre Silver to the 85-metre SilverFast, the fleet has consistently demonstrated that speed, range and efficiency need not be mutually exclusive. The SilverCat catamaran range extends the yard’s philosophy to twin-hull platforms, offering the interior volume of yachts far larger than their waterline length, with shallow draft access to protected cruising grounds worldwide.
