The SilverCat 36M is Silver Yachts’ power catamaran, applying the yard’s long, slender hull philosophy to a twin-hull platform. The result is a 36-metre yacht with the interior and deck volume of a 50-metre monohull, and the efficiency that comes from low resistance and light aluminium construction.
Designed by Espen Oino with naval architecture by Silver Yachts, she carries over 480 square metres of exterior living space and comparable volume inside, arranged with the flexibility a wide beam allows. Four Volvo Penta IPS drives make her quiet and easy to handle, with a top speed of 24 knots and an 18-knot cruise.
Her 13.3-metre beam brings stability at anchor and under way without heavy stabilisers, while a shallow 1.87-metre draft opens up anchorages a deeper monohull cannot reach. Built entirely in aluminium, the SilverCat is a practical, efficient platform for owners who value space and calm over outright speed.
