Lady Elaine Yacht Charter

Lady Elaine arrives on the charter market with a pedigree few yachts can claim. Launched by Christensen in 2008 and refined through a 2018 refit, she spent her earlier life as the much admired Casino Royale, and that sense of theatre still runs through her. New ownership has kept her regal character intact while bringing her presentation up to date, so guests step aboard a 49.68-metre motor yacht that feels both storied and current.

The welcome sets the tone. Her main salon foyer opens onto an intricate roulette design inlaid directly into the marble floor, hand worked from mother-of-pearl, petrified wood and black onyx by stone master Jeff Homchick. It is a single detail among many, a quiet signal that the craftsmanship here rewards a closer look. Glossy mahogany, crystal chandeliers and bronze accents carry through the interior, framed in soft creams and gold that keep the mood warm rather than heavy. Those intricate touches continue into the most intimate corners of the yacht, with subtle nods to her cinematic past that longtime charter guests still enjoy discovering.

Dining aboard Lady Elaine is a considered affair. The formal dining room seats ten in high-back chairs upholstered in gold regency stripes, gathered around a glass-topped table with gilded legs. Two chandeliers and tall square windows fill the room with light by day and a soft glow after dark. Forward and above, a skylounge offers a quieter second gathering space, with a full bar, comfortable seating and long views over the water.

Accommodation runs to twelve guests across six staterooms. The main-deck owner’s suite is generous and private, while the cabins below pair kings, queens and a twin layout with marble bathrooms finished to the same careful standard. Each room reflects the yacht’s timeless palette, calm and uncluttered, designed for rest after a day in the sun.

Life outdoors is where Lady Elaine truly relaxes. Her sun deck is built for long, easy afternoons, with a spa pool set among loungers, a shaded bar and room to move between sun and shade. The aft decks are laid for alfresco dining and evening drinks, and the swim platform opens onto a full complement of water toys and tenders for exploring the shallows. Underway she is smooth and composed, her displacement hull and zero-speed stabilization keeping guests comfortable at anchor and on passage alike.

Service aboard is central to the experience. Her crew of nine is sized to look after twelve guests closely, anticipating rather than intruding, from a chef who tailors each menu to stewardesses who keep the pace relaxed. The galley was built to support long charters at anchor, and the working of the yacht stays discreetly out of sight. It is this balance, grand surroundings run with a light touch, that has kept charter guests returning to her across two names and two decades.

Supported by a crew of nine and powered by twin MTU engines for a relaxed twelve-knot cruise, Lady Elaine is at home in the Bahamas and across the wider Caribbean. She suits families and groups who want space, privacy and a yacht with real character, a vessel that carries its history lightly while delivering a modern charter experience.
