About Ora

ORA is a 60-metre motor yacht built by the French shipyard CMN, delivered in 2009 under the name Ou2019EVA and relaunched in 2023 following a comprehensive refit by Golden Yachts. Designed in collaboration with Andrew Winch, she introduced CMNu2019s Line 60 range of steel displacement motor yachts and remains one of the largest yachts the shipyard has ever built, with exceptionally generous interior volumes and exterior deck space for her length.

Her recent refit preserved the original Winch Design interior while updating it with a toned-down, contemporary palette of grey plaster, brushed inox metal and dark wooden floors. Roughly 500 square metres of light, open living space spreads across five decks, all connected by a dramatic central spiral staircase that wraps around a striking glass sculpture, framed by a carved bulkhead finished in oxidised bronze in the main-deck entrance hall.

Materials throughout play a central role in ORAu2019s character: polished Marron Imperial marble, burled plane wood and woven leather panelling combine to create a genuinely rich, tactile palette that has aged into something quietly impressive rather than dated. The Upper Saloon, finished in limed oak with cream fabrics and blue borders, doubles as a cinema lounge and opens directly into a glazed indoor-outdoor dining area for relaxed evening meals with sea views.

The master suite is a genuine highlight: a full-beam duplex arrangement on the main deck with its own office, his-and-hers bathrooms, separate dressing rooms and a private stairway up to a raised observation lounge offering 180-degree panoramic views forward. A VIP cabin with its own private balcony occupies a similarly prominent position on the bridge deck, while a flexible cabin currently configured as a gym can convert into an additional twin with Pullman berths when needed, giving owners genuine flexibility to adjust capacity around their guest list.

ORAu2019s exterior spaces match the ambition of her interior. A sundeck with a retracting roof, a spa pool, generous alfresco dining and an expansive sunbathing area give guests multiple distinct settings to choose from depending on the moment, while a formal dining room and beach platform round out the social offering. Underwater lights create a genuinely mesmerising effect after dark, turning the water around the yacht into part of the eveningu2019s entertainment.

Accommodation in total sleeps 12 guests across eight cabins, comprising the master suite, a VIP cabin, three double cabins, a twin cabin and the convertible gym/twin space, all finished with en-suite bathrooms throughout. ORA carries an extensive water toy collection, including a Jet Ski, SeaBob, kayak, stand-up paddleboard, wakeboard, water skis and her own inflatable aquapark, launched from three tenders led by a 7-metre Novurania Chase tender, and she is a certified RYA training centre for guests wanting to learn something new during their charter.

Twin Caterpillar engines, paired with two sets of zero-speed Quantum stabilisers, give ORA a smooth, quiet ride both underway and at anchor, cruising at around 14 to 15 knots with a maximum speed of 17 knots. With a crew of 15 on board, ORA splits her charter calendar between the East and West Mediterranean, with her family-friendly layout and award-winning history making her a consistently popular choice on the relaunch circuit since her 2023 debut.
