About Triton

TRITON is a 49.7-metre Delta Marine motor yacht that is not so much a superyacht as a floating expedition basecamp, a bold, purpose-built explorer helmed by an adventurous, all-in crew who live to show guests the magic that lies beneath the surface. Launched in 2004 as the largest composite yacht built in the United States at the time and extensively refitted in 2021, she was designed by the Delta Design Group for owners who wanted genuine long-range capability paired with elevated comfort, able to take on near-Arctic seas and sun-soaked tropics alike. Built for true exploration, she offers a range of more than 6,000 nautical miles, zero-speed stabilisers, dramatic underwater lights and forward-scan sonar to pinpoint hidden wrecks and elusive fish, along with a dedicated dive centre, refrigerated fish holds, live bait tanks and an elevator servicing all decks including the Crow’s Nest. Inside, TRITON strikes a warm, casual tone that feels more like a private coastal lodge than white-glove formality, designed to help guests unwind after a full day of play. The main salon is cosy and grounded, with natural wood paneling, a central seating area and views through expansive windows. An open galley and country kitchen encourages interaction with the chef, especially around the circular dining table just off to the side, while up in the skylounge there is space to gather, dine or decompress. Life aboard, though, is really lived outdoors and in the water. A large on-deck Jacuzzi and multiple lounge areas make the most of every anchorage, and her three tenders, a 25-foot fishing centre console, a 25-foot ribbed dive tender and an 18-foot Zodiac for beach and river excursions, put guests right in the heart of the action. Fully outfitted for any type of fishing, from offshore marlin to river-run salmon, and for world-class diving with state-of-the-art sonar and a full dive kit, she is powered by adventure from dawn to dusk. Accommodation is arranged for up to 10 guests, with the use of Pullman berths, across a full-beam main-deck master suite and further guest cabins on the lower deck. The apartment-style master is a private haven with a king bed, an office, a lounge and an en-suite bathroom that provides space to unwind after an action-packed day, while the remaining cabins, including doubles and a triple, offer the same attention to comfort and privacy, creating restful sanctuaries for every guest. But what makes TRITON truly exceptional is her crew of ten: certified divemasters, fishing guides and ocean lovers who tailor every charter to a group’s energy and interests, from theme nights to sea-to-table cuisine, most of it caught onboard, to private beach barbecues. Whether guests are chasing giant tuna off Mexico, gliding past calving glaciers in Alaska, snorkelling with manta rays in Bora Bora or freediving in Fiji, a charter aboard TRITON is an invitation to go farther, dive deeper and make bigger memories. She cruises Mexico in winter, Alaska in summer and the South Pacific beyond. With her rugged capability, elevated comfort and a crew who turn every day into a new story, TRITON is the rare charter yacht that lets guests go truly off the map without sacrificing luxury. Available through Northrop and Johnson from USD 175,000 per week.
