Bahamas: The Abacos Charter Itinerary

Bahamas: The Abacos Itinerary

Bahamas: The Abacos Yacht Charter
A week through the Abacos, the sailing capital of the Bahamas, where a chain of cays shelters a shining inland sea of turquoise. This is the gentle, traditional Bahamas, candy-striped lighthouses, loyalist villages and boat-building heritage, ringed by empty ocean beaches and vibrant reefs. Expect short protected hops, powder-white sand and some of the friendliest harbours in the islands.

Every route we shape is a starting point, not a fixed schedule. Stay a second day where the light is right, move with the weather, or follow a captain to a quieter cove. What follows is one considered way to read it; the rest we tailor to you.
Day 1

Marsh Harbour

Step aboard at Marsh Harbour, hub of the Abacos, and sail into the sheltered Sea of Abaco, its water an astonishing turquoise. Anchor off a quiet cay, swim in the warm shallows, and settle into the Bahamian pace.
