Whitsunday Islands Charter Itinerary

Whitsunday Islands Itinerary

Whitsunday Islands Yacht Charter
A week through the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef, where 74 islands lie scattered in the warm, sheltered waters of tropical Queensland. This is one of the world’s great cruising grounds, silica-white beaches and swirling tidal inlets, the living wonder of the outer reef alive with colour. Expect the famous sands of Whitehaven and the coral of Hardy Reef, quiet forested bays and dazzling snorkelling throughout.

Every route we shape is a starting point, not a fixed schedule. Stay a second day where the light is right, move with the weather, or follow a captain to a quieter anchorage. What follows is one considered way to read it; the rest we tailor to you.
Day 1

Hamilton Island

Step aboard at Hamilton Island, vibrant hub of the Whitsundays, and set sail into the sheltered island passages. Anchor off a quiet beach for a first swim in the warm, clear water.
Day 2

Day 3

Hill Inlet

Sail to the northern end of Whitehaven and the extraordinary Hill Inlet, where shifting tides swirl white sand and turquoise water into a living painting. Climb the lookout, then swim in the clear shallows.

Spend the day among the pristine coral of Hardy and Bait Reef, part of a protected marine reserve with some of the finest snorkelling in the region. Drift over vibrant coral, then anchor for the night.
Day 6
