Feadship is the pinnacle of Dutch yacht building, and five of its largest custom hulls now charter in the eighty metre length band. Joy, Arrow, Alvia, Sophia and Lady S range from sixty eight to ninety three metres, each a one of a kind commission built at De Vries or Royal Van Lent to an owner’s exact specification. No two share a layout or a design team, but they share the engineering precision that defines every Feadship delivery.
These yachts operate on a different scale. Twelve guests occupy five to eight cabins, and crews of twenty five to thirty six ensure that every detail, from a dive excursion to a multi course dinner for twenty, runs without visible effort. Amenities vary by yacht but may include a helipad, a pool, a beach club, a cinema, a spa and water toys that fill an entire tender garage.
Weekly rates begin at seven hundred thousand euros for Joy and rise to one million eight hundred thousand for Sophia. Arrow and Alvia sit between eight hundred and seventy five thousand and nine hundred thousand, and Lady S charters at one million seven hundred and fifty thousand. An advance provisioning allowance of roughly thirty percent covers fuel, food, berthing and drinks.
