About Grace

GRACE is a 52.3-metre motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Amels as part of the Limited Edition 171 series and delivered in 2009. She spent her first thirteen years as a privately owned, meticulously maintained yacht before joining the charter market for the first time in 2022. A comprehensive 2024 refit updated her systems, resprayed the hull and modified the interior, ensuring she presents in exceptional condition: a private yacht’s care applied to a charter-ready platform.

Her exterior was designed by Tim Heywood, whose strong feminine curves and bold verticals give the Amels 171 its signature look of confident modernity. Nuvolari & Lenard’s interior takes a timeless approach: a contrast of light furnishings against dark wood cabinetry, with ample natural light through generous windows and a main salon anchored by a huge L-shaped sofa and a formal dining table that seats eight. The sky lounge transforms into a cinema with a projector and drop-down screen, while a bar at the stern of the main deck gives a relaxed alternative for pre-dinner cocktails.

GRACE’s interior volume of 649 gross tonnes is generous for a 52-metre yacht, and it shows in her accommodation. Six staterooms give real flexibility for family charters: the full-beam master suite on the main deck has its own office and dressing room, while a second double cabin on the same deck means the two principal cabins can be designated a private family deck with easy connection between them. Lower-deck cabins include two doubles and two twins with interconnecting options, ensuring young guests and their parents can be close at night without sharing a cabin.

Outdoor living centres on the sun deck’s raised Jacuzzi, sit-up bar, barbecue and sun pads, while a generous swim platform gives guests two sheltered stairways to the water for easy toy access. GRACE is an RYA-approved water sports centre, and her toy collection includes SeaBobs, SUPs, kayaks, wakeboards, waterskis, a Sea-Doo and an E-Foil G3.

Twin MTU engines give GRACE a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum of 15.5, with a 4,500 nautical mile range. Managed through Edmiston with a crew of 14, she divides her year between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

After 13 years of private ownership with meticulous maintenance, GRACE joined the charter market in 2022 in genuinely exceptional condition.

A timeless contrast of light furnishings and dark wood cabinetry creates an interior that has aged beautifully through 13 years of careful private ownership.

The main-deck master suite includes a private office and dressing room, and can be combined with an adjacent double cabin to create a private family deck.

Two principal cabins on the main deck can be designated as a private family area, with their own access and complete separation from the rest of the yacht.

At 649 gross tonnes, GRACE’s interior volume is generous for her length, giving every common area a sense of space rarely found at this size.

Two double cabins on the lower deck offer comfortable, flexible accommodation with interconnecting options for guests travelling with children.

A projector and drop-down screen convert the sky lounge into a cinema at any time, adding another mode of evening entertainment alongside the outdoor Jacuzzi and barbecue.
