LAURENTIA is a 54.9-metre motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Heesen, delivered in 2017 and a finalist at the 2018 World Superyacht Awards. Her interior was designed by Radyca of Miami, a studio known for blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly through sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring a genuine feeling of light and openness to every space on board. The result is a contemporary, sun-filled yacht that feels considerably larger than her footprint suggests.
The main deck is built around an open lounge and dining area where the sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between inside and out, making the main deck seating aft feel like a natural extension of the interior. The upper deck adds a further lounge and a generous aft seating area, while the outdoor cinema screen, rigged so guests can watch from the comfortable main deck seating area, has become one of LAURENTIA’s signature touches for evenings at anchor.
Accommodation sleeps 12 guests across six cabins. The full-beam master suite occupies the main deck forward, with a separate study, his-and-hers en suites and generous wardrobe space. On the lower deck, a VIP cabin with its own bathroom and shower room, a further double, and a twin cabin complete the layout, all finished in the same light, contemporary palette as the rest of the yacht.
At water level, a beach club opens directly onto the sea for easy access to swimming and the yacht’s extensive watertoy inventory, which is led by a 12-metre Intrepid Nomad tender. A jacuzzi sits on the sun deck alongside state-of-the-art gym equipment, and zero-speed stabilisers ensure comfort for guests relaxing on deck at anchor.
With a crew of 12 on board, LAURENTIA consistently draws exceptional broker feedback and a loyal following among repeat charter guests. She splits her time between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, and her combination of award-recognised design, a sea-level beach club and a genuinely sociable sun deck make her one of the most inviting yachts in her size class.
