RISING DAWN is a 43.1-metre motor yacht built by Gulf Craft as the Majesty 140 model and delivered in 2022, a design that has won several prestigious awards for its thoughtful layout and interior execution. Styled by Cristiano Gatto Design, she sets new standards in on-board space and entertainment features for a 43-metre tri-deck yacht.
Her unique design signature is a waterfall cascading from the hardtop into the Jacuzzi on the sun deck, creating a visual centrepiece unlike anything in this class. Two aft balconies on the main deck open the interior to the sea, and an expansive beach club at the stern provides seamless water access. The sundeck uses warm wood finishes with burnt orange and cool blue colour accents that feel genuinely designed rather than assembled. She carries two three-passenger wave runners, two SeaBobs, waterskis, towables, a waterslide and an inflatable docking platform.
Accommodation sleeps 12 guests across six staterooms (master, two doubles, two twins and a VIP) with Starlink Maritime and a crew of ten. From $220,000 per week in the Caribbean.
The main deck aft of Rising Dawn is the primary outdoor social space: a covered area with comfortable built-in seating, a dining table and a natural connection to the swim platform. Whether for casual lunches or formal dinners under the stars, this deck delivers atmosphere and practicality in equal measure.
The main salon of Rising Dawn is the centrepiece of the interior: a generous open-plan living and dining area that uses carefully chosen materials, furniture and lighting to create a space that feels both refined and genuinely comfortable. Large windows ensure natural light throughout the day, and the flow between the salon and the aft deck makes indoor-outdoor living effortless for every guest.
The master suite of Rising Dawn occupies the best position on the yacht for privacy and natural light. A king-sized bed, ample storage, sitting area, his-and-hers dressing facilities and a premium stone en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath create a private retreat comparable to the finest suite in any five-star hotel.
The sun deck of Rising Dawn is the highest and most panoramic outdoor space on board: a Jacuzzi, sun pads, comfortable loungers and a bar create an environment where guests naturally gather as the afternoon light changes. Views are unobstructed in every direction.
The sky lounge of Rising Dawn is the social nerve-centre above the main salon: a versatile space with plush sofas, a bar and entertainment system that transitions between a relaxed daytime lounge and a lively evening gathering spot. Its panoramic windows make it equally popular for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails.
The 6 staterooms of Rising Dawn accommodate 12 guests overnight in surroundings that match the quality of the master suite in materials and detail. Several cabins convert between double and twin configuration, and all are equipped with en-suite bathroom, ample storage, individual climate control and full entertainment systems.
The beach club at the transom of Rising Dawn is the yacht’s most direct connection to the sea. Folding terraces or a hydraulic platform bring guests to water level, and a full water sports inventory, jet ski, SeaBobs and paddleboards, is always ready to deploy.
