TREEHOUSE is a 59.2-metre motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanco and delivered in 2001, substantially refitted in 2018 and again comprehensively refreshed in 2023. Originally named Helios, she has evolved through more than two decades of active charter life into one of the most distinctive and versatile yachts in her class, combining a snow-white and midnight-blue hull with interior styling by Hallberg & Wisely that feels deliberately residential: a contemporary beach house at sea, built around a calm palette of gold, beige and light wood panelling that invites guests to stay as long as they like.
Her 30.5-metre sun deck is the defining feature, one of the largest at this length, remodelled during her 2023 refit into a genuine resort space. A glass-walled Jacuzzi pool sits forward, flanked by oversized sun pads, a full cocktail bar and a shaded lounge area large enough for the whole charter party. At night the deck transforms entirely: disco lights, a foam machine and a fold-down television screen turn it into a floating nightclub capable of hosting a crowd, a feature that has made TREEHOUSE a consistent favourite for milestone celebrations as well as family charters.
Entertainment and wellness are woven throughout the rest of the yacht. A dedicated spa therapist offers treatments ranging from full-body massage to exfoliating sugar scrubs, while an outdoor gym on the bridge deck with Peloton, cross trainer and weights gives a workout option with unbeatable views. A movie theatre, two fully stocked interior bars and a formal dining table in the main salon that seats ten guests complete the picture for evenings on board.
At the waterline, TREEHOUSEu2019s beach club provides unmatched access to the water and its own outdoor fitness area, giving guests a natural flow between relaxation and activity. The water toy inventory is genuinely exceptional: flyboards, e-foil fliteboards, SeaDoos, SeaBobs, wakeboards, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a Hobie Mirage Eclipse, an inflatable pool, a slide and a rock climbing wall. A rock climbing wall descends from the sundeck directly to the water for guests wanting a more physical start to the day.
Accommodation sleeps 12 guests across seven en-suite staterooms. The full-beam master suite on the main deck features a king-sized bed, a large spa bath, his-and-hers bathroom facilities and a dedicated study and dressing room, providing genuine privacy away from the guest decks. Four further king cabins and one twin cabin complete the accommodation below, each with its own en-suite bathroom and entertainment system.
For groups wanting to push the toy offering even further, TREEHOUSE benefits from an optional dedicated 50-metre Damen support vessel, Pursuit, which can join the charter to extend water sports capabilities and exploration range significantly. Twin Caterpillar engines give a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum of 15, managed by an experienced crew of up to 16. TREEHOUSE splits her calendar between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, with the occasional Pacific voyage, remaining one of the most entertaining and activity-rich yachts of her generation.
By night, TREEHOUSEu2019s 100-foot sun deck transforms with disco lights and a foam machine into a fully equipped floating nightclub.
