The Amer 116 is a 35-metre motor yacht from Permare that combines Italian luxury with genuinely innovative propulsion technology. One of the first superyachts to adopt Volvo Penta IPS at this scale, the Amer 116 achieves fuel savings of up to 30 percent compared to conventional shaft-driven yachts, along with significantly reduced noise, vibration, and emissions.
Powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, the Amer 116 reaches 27 knots and cruises at 24 knots. The IPS system provides outstanding manoeuvrability, with joystick control that makes docking effortless even in tight Mediterranean harbours. Her efficient hull delivers comfortable, economical passages across the western Mediterranean and beyond.
Designed by Stefano Tini with interiors by Massari Design, the Amer 116 features a three-deck layout with generous outdoor areas and light-filled living spaces. Five staterooms accommodate ten guests, attended by a crew of five.
