Prestige / Prestige M6
The Prestige M6 is the evolution of the ground breaking M48, the power catamaran that brought the Prestige name into the multihull world, and it refines that concept into a more powerful and more complete yacht. At a little under fifteen metres it uses twin hulls to deliver exceptional stability at anchor and under way, remarkable fuel efficiency and a volume of living space that monohulls of the same length cannot approach. The main deck is a single level loft, with a galley, saloon and cockpit that open into one another and out to the sea on every side, while the flybridge above adds a second social area and helm. Below, the owner enjoys an upgraded full beam suite with a walk in wardrobe, and three or four cabin layouts are offered along with an optional crew cabin. The M6 replaces the original 320 horsepower engines with two 380 horsepower Volvo Penta D6 diesels, which lift the top speed to around twenty one knots while letting the yacht cruise quietly at lower revolutions, and tankage for twelve hundred litres of fuel gives genuine range. Designed by Garroni Design on a Philippe Briand hull, the M6 is a true home on the water built for relaxed family cruising.

The M6 builds directly on the success of the M48, the catamaran that brought Prestige into the multihull world. Four years on, it gains more powerful engines, an enlarged galley opened up by removing a side door, an upgraded owner cabin with a walk in wardrobe and bench seating, and a quieter, more efficient air conditioning system, refining a proven platform rather than replacing it.
Twin hulls give the M6 a stability at anchor and under way that a monohull of the same length cannot match, along with notably low fuel consumption and a volume of living space usually found on a much bigger yacht. The motion is gentle, the decks are wide and level, and the whole boat feels calm and reassuring for family and less experienced guests.
The main deck is a single level loft where galley, saloon and cockpit open into one another and out to the sea on every side, flooded with light through large windows. The flybridge above adds a second social area and helm, and the owner enjoys an upgraded full beam suite below, with three or four cabin layouts and an optional crew cabin to suit different owners.
Two 380 horsepower Volvo Penta D6 diesels replace the original 320 horsepower units, lifting the top speed to around twenty one knots while allowing relaxed, quiet cruising at lower revolutions. With twelve hundred litres of fuel and the inherent efficiency of the catamaran hull, the M6 offers genuine range and the easy, economical passages that define the Prestige M Line.
