The 90 Ocean Enclosed takes the Ocean range somewhere Sunseeker had not been before. Closing in the flybridge and moving the single helm station upstairs turns the main deck into one uninterrupted saloon, and adds an air-conditioned upper room that works as well in a northern spring as a Gulf summer. Owners who want privacy, or who cruise outside the Mediterranean season, are the obvious audience.
The main deck is given over to living. Loose furniture replaces built-in joinery, so the saloon can be arranged around a large U-shaped sofa or a pair of facing settees, and the galley moves forward beside a dining area that seats eight. A side deck door lets crew work the galley without crossing the saloon, which matters on a 27 metre yacht run with staff aboard.
Below, glazing runs the length of the hull side and pulls daylight deep into the accommodation. The full beam master sits amidships in the quiet part of the boat, with a forward VIP and further cabins finished in soft neutral tones, recessed lighting and stainless trim.
Three shaft-drive MAN V12 options are offered, from 1,650 to 2,000 PS a side, with 27 knots at the top end and 1,100 nautical miles of range at displacement speed from 13,000 litres of fuel. It is a yacht built to be lived aboard rather than looked at.
