Four V12 Mercurys, and remarkably little noise to show for it.
Power comes from quad Mercury V12 600 Verado outboards, 2,400 horsepower in total, driving through a two speed transmission built into the drive legs. Joystick piloting, Skyhook station keeping and active trim come standard, taking the guesswork out of close quarters work and keeping her flat under acceleration. Independent coverage of her debut has singled out how quiet the quad set-up runs underway, a product of the two speed gearing rather than sheer horsepower. Fuel capacity lands close to 3,765 litres, enough to support real range between fuel stops without the tankage eating into usable deck space.
Twenty nine knots at cruise, a comfortable 47 at the top.
The 56 LS pairs that straight line speed with a 1.2 metre draught, shallow enough to put anchorages larger flybridge yachts simply cannot reach within her grasp. Range runs to 300 nautical miles, enough for a genuine multi day passage without returning to the fuel dock. The deep V hull, with 21 degrees of deadrise at the transom, keeps her settled through a chop rather than hunting for a line, and active trim holds her flat under hard acceleration so the view ahead never disappears behind the bow.
A full beam hardtop ties the whole deck together, from helm to galley.
Three panel sliding glass doors enclose the helm and mid cockpit when the weather turns, while twin terraces drop open on either side, extending her usable cockpit beam to nearly 5.7 metres. An electrically actuated Webasto sunroof opens the hardtop to the sky, and pilothouse doors to port and starboard slide clear at the touch of a switch. Even the bow table folds flat into a sunpad. Every one of these elements works independently, which means the deck reshapes itself through the day rather than settling for one fixed arrangement.
Two cabins, four berths, and a mid cabin clever enough to earn its keep.
The owner’s stateroom carries a queen pedestal berth and her own en suite head, while the mid cabin’s twin berths slide together into a queen when required, backed by a full length settee for a growing family or guests staying longer. A private day head with a separate shower keeps traffic away from the cabins during the day. The galley, tucked beneath the hardtop, runs to a sink, dual refrigerators, a freezer and a two burner induction cooktop, enough for proper cooking rather than a token galleyette.
The new flagship of Tiara’s sport series, and she wears the title comfortably.
The 56 LS made her debut at the 2025 Miami International Boat Show, where Tiara’s own design team walked prospective owners through a cockpit that switches between a Buffet Lounge, built for entertaining with a grill and buffet counter, and an Adventure Module fitted out for fishing. She carries twelve day guests and sleeps four, with a berth for one crew member aboard for owners who cruise with help. For a buyer weighing a flagship against a custom build, the 56 LS offers nearly all the configurability of the latter inside a production yacht’s timeline and price.
