Milos is the Cyclades’ most geologically dramatic island, its coastline shaped by volcanic eruptions into white pumice cliffs, deep sea caves and hidden coves of extraordinary colour. A charter from 125,000 Euros per week brings yachts of 45 to 55 metres to these waters, with eight to ten professional crew and the full range of superyacht facilities needed to explore an island where most of the best sites are reachable only by sea.
The classic Milos itinerary moves clockwise around the island over two or three days, using the yacht’s tender to probe the arched formations at Kleftiko on the south coast, the white rock plateau at Sarakiniko in the north and the fishing village boathouses at Klima and Mandrakia on the west. Each stop offers a completely different visual experience, and none can be reached from the shore.

Adamas, the main harbour, has good provisioning facilities and marina berths suited to yachts of this size. The Aegean meltemi blows from the north in high summer; experienced crews plan Kleftiko visits for morning, before conditions build in the afternoon.
