Grenada welcomes charter yachts throughout the Caribbean season and beyond, offering protected anchorages, authentic local culture and easy provisioning from well-stocked marinas. Yachts in the 900,000 per week bracket run to 70 metres and above, crewed by sixteen or more professionals and fitted with water sports equipment and guest cabins finished to a high standard.
The Grenada charter circuit combines natural beauty with practical logistics. Guests arrive via Maurice Bishop International Airport, and provisioning is handled by the crew using produce from the Grand Anse market and specialist chandlers and specialist marine suppliers. The Bianca C wreck and the Flamingo Bay reef provides an optional day-trip for divers, while the anchorages are suitable for all water sports activities.
The advance provisioning allowance of around 30 per cent of the weekly charter fee covers fuel, food, beverages and berthing costs. Marina fees in Grenada are competitive, and the island market offers good local produce at reasonable cost. High season in the Caribbean runs from December through April, with some availability in the quieter shoulder months of November and May.
From Grenada, the charter itinerary extends naturally to Carriacou, Tobago Cays and Mustique, giving guests several days of new anchorages without retracing a single route.
