VA BENE is a 47.5-metre motor yacht built by the Dutch yard Kees Cornelissen, delivered in 1992, with a major refit carried out at Pendennis Shipyard in 2007/8 that included a full interior redesign by H2 Yacht Design. The result was a yacht that was shortlisted for the Best Refitted Yacht award at the World Superyacht Awards 2009, and the modern, stylish interior by H2 transformed what was already a classically well-built yacht into a genuinely contemporary living space.nnWith naval architecture and exterior design by Richard Hein and The A Group, VA BENE has the clean, purposeful lines of a traditional Dutch motor yacht built for serious cruising, paired with an interior that feels far more current than her build date would suggest. She accommodates 12 guests across six cabins, including five doubles and a twin, and her social spaces on the main and bridge decks are well proportioned for both entertaining and quiet relaxation.nnRegular maintenance programmes and ongoing investment by her owner, most recently including a complete stem-to-stern repaint, keep VA BENE in excellent condition season after season. She is an excellent choice for guests who value true Dutch build quality and a proven, long-running charter track record on the Mediterranean circuit.
H2 Yacht Design’s 2008 refit transformed VA BENE into a finalist for Best Refitted Yacht at the World Superyacht Awards 2009.

Va Bene’s water sport and leisure inventory is curated to offer genuine variety across any charter itinerary. A selection of high-quality tenders enables seamless transport between yacht and shore, whether for a restaurant dinner, a market visit or a beach excursion. Beyond transport, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkelling and diving equipment support time on and in the water, while towable toys and inflatable platforms make the yacht accessible to guests of all ages and inclinations. The crew’s expertise with the toy inventory ensures that every session is safe, enjoyable and as adventurous as guests choose to make it.
