About Casablanca

Launched in 2017 by Croatia’s Vranjic Shipyard, Casablanca is a 53-metre motor yacht built to accommodate thirty-six guests across eighteen staterooms, a capacity that places her in a class of her own along the Dalmatian coast. Where most charter yachts of comparable length max out at twelve or fourteen guests, Casablanca was designed from the keel up for large groups, corporate retreats, family reunions and celebrations that refuse to leave anyone on shore.

Her outdoor spaces reflect that ambition. The sundeck carries a jacuzzi ringed by loungers and a dedicated cinema screen that descends at dusk, turning the uppermost deck into an open-air screening room with the Adriatic as a backdrop. One level down, the aft deck offers two distinct dining configurations: a formal table service for the full party and a more relaxed bar-and-buffet arrangement for evenings when the group wants to move freely between courses and conversation.

Inside, the main-deck salon sets the tone. A generous dining room seats the entire group at a single service, flanked by a full bar and lounge seating that runs the length of the space. The entrance foyer carries a cinema-inspired art collection that hints at the yacht’s name and gives the interior a character rarely found on vessels built for volume. Forward, a dedicated massage and treatment cabin provides a quiet retreat from the social decks, offering spa-grade service without leaving the anchorage.

Below decks, eighteen staterooms are arranged across three categories. Five cabins carry king beds; two are fitted with queen berths; six offer convertible layouts that switch between twin and double configurations; and five further cabins provide fixed twin beds, making the layout flexible enough to absorb extended families, wedding parties or incentive groups in any combination. Every cabin has its own en-suite bathroom, individual climate control and enough wardrobe space for a week-long cruise. The master suite occupies a full-beam position amidships, with a private sitting area dressed in deep blue upholstery, a jacuzzi bath and a panoramic en-suite finished in glass and stone.

A crew of ten manages the operation with quiet discipline. The ratio may read lean on paper, but the vessel’s purpose-built layout streamlines service: buffet stations reduce plating pressure, self-serve bar points on two decks free stewards for personal requests, and the water-sports platform deploys without blocking the swim area. The galley is scaled for thirty-six covers and works comfortably with local market provisions sourced at each port of call.

Operationally, Casablanca cruises at ten knots and reaches a maximum of thirteen, covering the Croatian islands from Dubrovnik to Split and into the Kornati archipelago without schedule pressure. A floating platform extends the swim area and doubles as a water-toys staging point, while the tender garage handles parallel shore transfers for groups that want to split between beach and harbour.

At seventy-four thousand euros per week in low season, Casablanca offers the most competitive per-guest rate on the Adriatic charter market, making large-group chartering not just possible but genuinely affordable. Whether the occasion is a milestone birthday, a corporate away-day or a family gathering that has outgrown every villa on the coast, she seats everyone at the same table and makes it feel effortless.
