Golden Yachts builds at Piraeus, in the yards below Athens, and has spent the last fifteen years moving up in size while keeping every hull in Greek hands from steel cutting to delivery. The company is family owned and charters most of what it builds, which shows in how the boats are specified.
Our Golden charter fleet runs from Mia Rama at fifty three metres to O’Pari at ninety five, and the jump in scale across that span is considerable. Mia Rama, delivered in 2010, carries a pool, a gym and a spa, and remains good value in the Aegean. O’Mathilde at fifty six metres adds a cinema. Malia, seventy seven metres and delivered in 2023, brings a beach club, a sauna, a steam room and a submarine. O’Ptasia at eighty five and O’Pari at ninety five are full flagship programmes with helidecks, pools and beach clubs.
Weekly rates open at two hundred and twenty thousand euros for Mia Rama and two hundred and seventy thousand for O’Mathilde. Malia is agreed at seven hundred and fifty thousand, O’Ptasia at nine hundred and fifty, and O’Pari at one million one hundred and fifty thousand. An advance provisioning allowance near thirty percent covers fuel, food, berthing and drinks.
