Rhodes is the gateway to the Dodecanese and one of the most historically layered destinations in the Aegean, its fortified Old Town rising directly from the harbour where charter yachts moor alongside merchant vessels. At 200,000 euros per week, charter guests embark on superyachts of 50 to 60 metres, vessels with the deck space and interior volume to make the week genuinely exceptional. The island has good marina infrastructure for vessels of this size and the Old Town restaurants and tavernas are accessible by tender from the anchorage. Crews at this level number eight to ten and include a hospitality manager, dedicated chef and water sports specialist. The advance provisioning allowance runs to approximately 60,000 euros per week for fuel, premium provisioning, berthing and crew gratuity. From Rhodes, superyacht itineraries typically combine the Dodecanese with the Turkish Aegean coast if permits allow, or explore northwest through Symi, Nisyros and Kos before turning south through Astypalaia and Karpathos. The island itself is large enough to occupy two or three days, with the east coast offering calm anchorages in summer and the west coast providing a dramatic windswept backdrop.
