OURANOS is an elegant 49.9-metre motor yacht built by the Italian shipyard Admiral, part of The Italian Sea Group, and delivered in 2016 as the very first yacht in their acclaimed C Force 50 series. Named after the Greek deity representing the sky, she was tailored from the outset for an owner known for frequent chartering in the Mediterranean, and particularly in Greece, and she has since become one of the most popular and celebrated charter yachts of her size. Her sleek, modern exterior with its crisp black-and-white simplicity is the work of Jure Bukavec of Uniellé Yacht Design, while her contemporary interior was created by Gian Marco Campanino together with Admiral’s in-house Centro Stile team, built around a considered less-is-more philosophy of pure lines, subtle tones and beautiful natural materials. Recognised by RINA as the most silent yacht in the world in her category, she offers an exceptional level of peace and stability. Built on a full-displacement steel hull with an aluminium superstructure over three decks, she is comfortable and sea-kindly, fitted with advanced stabilisers that work at anchor and underway, and offers a generous range of 6,000 nautical miles. A glass-and-steel elevator connects all three decks and, together with a wheelchair-accessible gangway, ensures inclusive access for every guest. Her interior is defined by an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication, with crisp white panels, neutral plush furnishings, natural leathers and refined joinery, and above all by signature full-height windows along both the main and upper salons that flood the spaces with natural light and blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. The main deck houses the salon and formal dining in an open-plan arrangement, while the upper deck offers a second, near full-beam salon complete with a cinema corner and a bar. Life on deck is exceptional. The sundeck features a jacuzzi, al fresco dining and comfortable lounging areas with sunbeds beneath a partial hardtop, while the yacht’s standout feature is a large beach club at the waterline that doubles as a wellness hub, with a massage corner and a gym equipped with Technogym and Peloton machines, opening on three sides through a watertight door to connect guests with the sea. Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in six spacious en-suite cabins. The vast full-beam master suite sits forward on the main deck and includes a large private study and panoramic views through vertical portholes, a serene and private retreat. On the lower deck, served by the glass elevator, are further generous VIP, double and twin cabins, several convertible between configurations, all finished in the same sleek, soothing style with state-of-the-art technology, making her ideal for families, groups of friends and multigenerational getaways. A world-class crew of up to 13 ensures seamless, personalised service. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, OURANOS cruises comfortably at around 15 to 16 knots with a top speed of 17.5 knots. Cruising the Mediterranean year-round, with a particular affinity for the Greek islands, from Athens to Mykonos and the Cyclades, she offers charter guests a rare combination of award-winning silence, light-filled contemporary design, a spectacular beach club and inclusive, thoughtful engineering aboard one of the most compelling 50-metre yachts on the charter market.
