Split is Croatia’s most accessible charter hub and one of the Mediterranean’s most historically significant harbour cities, its UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace forming the living heart of a city of 200,000 people directly on the waterfront. July and August carry peak demand; June and September offer near-identical conditions with greater date flexibility.
From Split, the Dalmatian islands open in every direction. Brac lies across the channel to the south. Solta is immediately southwest. Trogir and its UNESCO old town are 20 nautical miles northwest. The ferry routes from Split provide convenient embarkation and disembarkation for guests arriving from international airports.
