Sunseeker builds its superyachts in Poole, on the Dorset coast, and the yard’s design language is unmistakable at forty metres. Aggressive hull lines, generous cockpit space and a flybridge that competes with the main saloon for living area. Four Sunseeker hulls charter in this band, all motor yachts, all carrying five cabins and between ten and twelve guests.
The fleet splits between two production years. Thumper and Lady Volantis launched in 2014, with Thumper at forty metres carrying a beach club, a gym and a hydraulic swim platform, and Lady Volantis at thirty four metres offering a more compact layout with a beach club and wet bar. Captain Morgan III and Noroader arrived in 2020, bringing Sunseeker’s latest interior thinking. Captain Morgan III adds a spa and a jacuzzi at forty metres, while Noroader at thirty five metres keeps the focus on open deck space and clean sight lines.
Weekly rates start at one hundred and ten thousand euros for Lady Volantis and rise to one hundred and sixty eight thousand for Thumper. Captain Morgan III sits at one hundred and fifty thousand and Noroader at one hundred and forty thousand. The median falls around one hundred and forty five thousand. Add roughly thirty percent for the advance provisioning allowance covering fuel, food, berthing and drinks.
