About NOAH

NOAH is new to charter. She came out of a 2025 refit and onto the market for the first time this season, which puts her in a small category: a seven-year-old Sunseeker 40 Metre with almost no charter history and a beach club that has just been rebuilt from scratch.

That beach club is the reason to look at her first. The transom garage opens into a waterside lounge with extended teak decking, a stainless shower, twin sunloungers and deck chairs set around a low table, the hatch raised overhead as an awning. It sits a step above the water rather than two decks up from it, and it is where most of a charter day on this yacht will actually be spent.

Inside, the palette is warm rather than white: walnut joinery, taupe upholstery, oyster tones and high-gloss dark timber in the cabins. The main deck lounge is glazed floor to ceiling down both sides, which on a 40-metre gives the room the proportions of a much larger yacht – and, more usefully, keeps the horizon in view from a seated position. Forward of it sits the formal dining table under a sculptural light fitting, with the galley and wheelhouse beyond.

A deck up, the bridge deck lounge is the quieter room: a corner settee, a bar, and doors opening aft to a shaded terrace. Above that, the sun deck carries the jacuzzi, a bar, sun pads and the yacht’s gym equipment – free weights, a plyometrics box, resistance bands, a training bench and yoga mats, all set up in the open air.

Ten guests sleep in five cabins. The master is full-width on the main deck with a walnut-lined en suite; below, two doubles and two convertible twin/double cabins take the rest, each with its own bathroom and each finished to the same standard rather than tapering off toward the bow. Eight crew run her.

The toy list is compact and well chosen rather than exhaustive: two waverunners, two SeaBobs, an eFoil, four paddleboards, a wakeboard, waterskis, a waterslide off the aft deck and inflatable tows. Twin 3,138hp MTUs give her 23.5 knots when the schedule demands it, though at a 10.5-knot cruise she is doing what this hull does best.

Her cruising programme is the other thing that sets her apart. She is licensed for charter in Spanish waters and in Greek waters – two separate approvals that most yachts hold one of, not both. In practice that means summers can run from the Balearics through Corsica, Sardinia and Italy to Greece without the paperwork dictating the itinerary, and winters stay in the Balearics.

The service model matches the yacht. Eight crew for ten guests is generous at this size, and the galley, sun deck bar and beach club are all set up to run at the same time rather than in sequence – which is what makes a long day at anchor work without anyone having to ask for anything twice.

She is not a yacht that shouts. The exterior is white, the upholstery is light grey, and the interior has been kept deliberately quiet. What she offers instead is a boat that has been used lightly, refitted recently, and set up by an owner rather than by a charter fleet – which is a different proposition, and usually a better one.
