Angel reworks a piece of Benetti history for the present. She is a Motopanfilo 37M, the modern revival of the yard’s 1960s Riviera cruiser, and she carries that lineage in her low, confident profile, her wraparound teak side decks and the warm materials that run through every room. Delivered in 2025, she is among the newest yachts of her size offered for private charter, and she pairs vintage character with the space, quiet and systems of a current build.
The design is a collaboration. Exterior lines come from Francesco Struglia, interiors from Lazzarini Pickering Architetti, naval architecture from Benetti with Pierluigi Ausonio. The result feels considered rather than crowded. Light moves through full height glazing on the main deck, where a curved cream sofa faces the sea and a separate dining area sits under a canopy of pale timber. A sky lounge one level up gives guests a second, quieter room for films, cards or a long lunch out of the sun.
Her signature is forward. Angel sets a full spa pool at the bow, ringed by sun pads and shaded when wanted, a private sun terrace placed well away from the crew and the working deck. Aft, the main deck opens to a shaded lounge and an alfresco table that steps down toward the water. The sun deck above runs nearly the full length of the yacht with loungers, a bar and a second dining setting, so the day can follow the light from bow to stern.
Accommodation is arranged over five cabins for up to ten guests. The master takes the full beam with a band of windows at mattress height, a private lounge and a bathroom in pale stone. Below, a mix of double and twin cabins suits families and friends travelling together, each with natural light, generous storage and its own bathroom. The layout keeps guest and crew movement separate, so service stays discreet and the owner’s deck stays private.
Her interior volume is generous for a 37 metre yacht, a benefit of the displacement hull, and it shows in the width of the side decks and the calm of the cabins at anchor. For time on the water she carries a considered set of toys: seabob, kayaks, paddle boards, water skis and snorkelling gear, with a tender for exploring ashore and a water slide for younger guests.
Twin MAN engines give her a relaxed manner, a top speed near sixteen knots and the range to link long stretches of coast without hurry. Seven crew run the yacht quietly, trained to keep the experience easy and the yacht unobtrusive until it is wanted.
Angel divides her season between two rewarding cruising grounds. In the Red Sea she reaches quiet reefs, warm water and desert light that few charter yachts see. In Greece she moves between the Cyclades and the Ionian, from busy harbours to empty bays, at the pace her guests set. Modern where it matters and warm where it counts, she is a rare chance to charter a brand new yacht with real character.
