DILARA is a stunning 59.3-metre motor yacht built by the renowned Italian shipyard Benetti and delivered in 2008, comprehensively transformed by an extensive nine-month refit completed in 2022 that turned her traditional interiors into a fresh, contemporary setting and refreshed her systems, styling and deck spaces throughout. Formerly named Iman and I Dynasty, she is the work of exterior designer Stefano Natucci, with naval architecture by Benetti and a rich interior by Studio Massari, and her generous volume, timeless Italian lines and multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces ensure that guests truly live la dolce vita on the open water. Built on a full-displacement steel hull with an aluminium superstructure over three decks, she is a comfortable, sea-kindly cruiser fitted with zero-speed stabilisers for exceptional comfort at anchor, and with a range of some 4,500 nautical miles she is well suited to relaxed exploration of her favourite cruising grounds. Her interior is one of her greatest strengths. The 2022 refit saw the main salon reworked with clearly defined lounge and dining areas, new furniture, carpets and modern ceilings, while the sky lounge was completely redesigned into an inviting secondary living space with an ornate cocktail bar, a games table and a large flatscreen opposite an L-shaped sofa, opening directly onto the alfresco dining area. Outdoor living is equally impressive across her decks. The main deck aft offers a spacious C-shaped sofa and casual alfresco dining, one of three distinct outdoor dining areas, while the sundeck is a highlight, home to a gym, a sauna, a huge jacuzzi, a wet bar, a covered living and dining area, generous sunbathing space and a new cinema and lounge added during the refit. At the waterline, a contemporary beach club folds out at the stern to create a wonderful space close to the water for swimming, relaxing and enjoying her extensive collection of toys, and an elevator connects all decks for easy access. Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in six staterooms. The extensive full-beam master suite sits forward on the main deck and features a raised, fully functioning private lounge and office with all-round panoramic views, a serene and private retreat. A VIP suite on the upper deck offers its own seating area, dressing room and king-size bed, while four further double cabins, two with additional Pullman berths, provide flexible, child-friendly accommodation ideal for families and groups, each refreshed with new furnishings during the refit and finished with its own en-suite bathroom. A professional crew of 15 ensures relaxed, attentive service throughout. Powered by twin MTU engines, DILARA cruises comfortably at around 14 to 15 knots with a top speed of 17 knots. Cruising the Mediterranean, with a particular affinity for the Greek islands and the wider eastern and western Mediterranean, she offers charter guests a wonderful combination of generous space, contemporary comfort and genuine Italian style aboard a beautifully refreshed Benetti. With her flexible layout, extensive wellness and entertainment facilities and beautifully updated interior, she is a superb choice for families and groups seeking space, comfort and Mediterranean glamour. Available for charter through Cecil Wright and Partners, DILARA is offered at rates from EUR 290,000 per week plus expenses.
