Giorgio is a 2018 Monte Carlo Yachts MCY 86, a planing motor yacht that carries one of the Italian yard’s most distinctive design features: a fold-down side terrace on the starboard beam that opens the main-deck salon directly onto the sea. At 26 metres, she sits in a class of yacht large enough for week-long charters yet small enough to tuck into harbour berths and anchorages that larger vessels cannot reach.
She accommodates eight guests in four cabins: a full-beam master suite with a king berth and vanity, a guest double, a twin and a compact bunk cabin. Each has its own en-suite. A crew of four lives aboard, captain, chef, stewardess and deckhand, and handles everything from provisioning and service to tenders and water toys.

Powered to a maximum of 29 knots with a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots, Giorgio covers the western Mediterranean quickly, Portofino to Saint-Tropez in a long day, or between the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago in a couple of hours. Her planing hull form delivers a responsive ride at speed and settles into a quiet cruise at lower revs.
Based in Italy and France for the summer season, Giorgio sits in the heart of the Riviera corridor. The Italian and French coasts from the Cinque Terre to Cannes are all within easy reach, and her size lets her dock stern-to in the smaller harbours, Portofino, Villefranche, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, that larger yachts can only admire from the anchorage.
A well-equipped toy garage at the stern carries a Williams tender, a jet ski, e-foils and assorted water toys, all deployed directly from the hydraulic swim platform.
