Solta is a quiet island overlooked by most visitors to the Croatian coast, its lack of international renown making it one of the most genuinely local and peaceful charter stops in central Dalmatia. At 250,000 Euros per week, the yachts available in Croatia measure 55 metres and above, carry professional crews of twelve or more and provide well-appointed accommodation for parties of eight to twelve guests.
Stomorska on the eastern tip offers a small harbour and excellent seafood restaurants serving the island’s local olive oil and traditional Dalmatian cuisine. Maslinica on the western end has a restored castle hotel and a calm bay suited to overnight anchoring. The interior is covered in olive groves and dry-stone walls.
Charter fees cover the yacht and full crew. The Advance Provisioning Allowance runs to approximately ~75,000 euros, covering fuel, provisions, marina berthing and running costs. 3 yachts are available in Croatia at this weekly rate. July and August carry peak demand; June and September offer near-identical conditions with greater date flexibility.
Solta lies immediately south of Split and is often the first or last stop on a central Dalmatian charter. Brac’s north coast is a short passage east. Trogir with its UNESCO cathedral lies northwest. The island’s quiet character makes it a natural contrast to the busier anchorages of Hvar and the Split waterfront.
