About Kinta

KINTA is a beautifully built and impeccably presented 55-metre motor yacht from the respected Turkish shipyard Turquoise, formerly Proteksan Turquoise, delivered in 2008 and kept in pristine condition through a comprehensive interior refit in 2012 and further work since. Originally launched as Vinydrea, she features sophisticated exterior styling and naval architecture by Paolo Caliari and a luxurious interior by the acclaimed Jean-Guy Verges, whose timeless, contemporary design of clean lines and neutral colours, with dark wenge wood flooring, camel leather and soft light tones, creates an elegant, warm and thoroughly comfortable atmosphere. Built on a full-displacement steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and teak decks, and fitted with an ultra-modern stabilisation system including zero-speed stabilisers for exceptional comfort at anchor and underway, she cruises comfortably at around 13 to 14 knots with a top speed of 16 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles, a fine combination of performance and luxury. A highlight of her interior is the expansive 100-square-metre main salon, a wonderfully spacious room complemented by panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light, ideal for socialising and entertaining, which flows through to a dedicated formal dining area, while an upper-deck sky lounge offers a further relaxed and stylish living space. Her impressive leisure and entertainment facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a lift serving her decks, make her the ideal charter yacht for families and groups of friends. Life on deck is exceptional, with generous, well-appointed spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The main aft deck leads down to a swimming platform for easy access to the sea, while the sundeck offers alfresco dining under the shaded protection of a hardtop and a deck jacuzzi, the perfect place to relax with friends and family and take in the view after a day of exploration. A generous selection of water toys completes her offering. Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in six beautifully appointed en-suite cabins, all with entertainment centres and flatscreen televisions. The supremely spacious full-beam master suite is located forward on the main deck and features a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, an owner’s office and a large his-and-hers bathroom with a double shower and a bath tub, while a VIP suite, three double cabins with queen-size beds and a twin cabin on the lower deck complete flexible, elegant accommodation ideally suited to families and groups of friends. A professional crew of twelve ensures a seamless and relaxed five-star experience throughout. KINTA cruises the Mediterranean, taking in the glamorous ports and beautiful anchorages of the western Mediterranean, the South of France and Italy, and offers charter guests a rare combination of robust build quality, a sophisticated and timeless Jean-Guy Verges interior, an exceptionally spacious main salon and generous deck spaces aboard one of the most comfortable and elegant yachts of her size on the charter market. With her competitive rate and versatile six-cabin layout she represents outstanding value for a memorable Mediterranean charter for even the most discerning families and groups. Available for charter through Cecil Wright and Partners at rates from EUR 210,000 per week plus expenses, KINTA combines genuine seagoing comfort with elegant, understated luxury, making her an outstanding choice for a relaxed and memorable holiday afloat.
