Ekincik is a sheltered bay on the Dalyan delta, giving charter yachts access to the Dalyan River, the Iztuzu turtle beach, and the broader Fethiye circuit to the west. A 40-metre yacht from Ekincik explores one of the most ecologically rich stretches of the Turkish coast, where ancient rock tombs overlook reed beds and loggerhead sea turtles nest on the protected beach at the river mouth.
At 40 metres, the yacht carries eight to ten guests and is well-suited to Ekincik’s calm anchorage and the sheltered passages west toward Gocek and Fethiye. A crew of seven to nine handles navigation, catering, and watersports, with local boats available in Dalyan for the river excursion through the delta to Iztuzu Beach.
Weekly charter rates for 40-metre yachts in Ekincik run from approximately 25,000 to 60,000 euros. The advance provisioning allowance at 30 per cent covers fuel for the Dalyan coast and Fethiye circuit, provisions from Gocek or Fethiye marinas, and all Turkish transit log and marina fees.
From Ekincik, the circuit moves west to Gocek’s protected bay and its island anchorages, then continues to Fethiye’s 12-island circuit, the Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz, Butterfly Valley, and the ruins at Kayakoy before returning to Ekincik.
