Three hundred and fifty thousand euros a week sits just below the sixty metre threshold and covers a notably varied group. Fourteen yachts occupy this band, quoted between three hundred and fifty thousand and three hundred and ninety five thousand euros, with a median length close to sixty metres.
Variety is the point here. Thirteen are motor yachts and one, Vertigo, is a sixty seven metre Alloy Yachts sloop whose rig draws a crowd in any anchorage. Suri is a converted expedition hull, Nomad an Oceanfast, and Aqua Mekong works the rivers of Vietnam and Cambodia rather than the Mediterranean. Alongside them sit conventional tri-decks from Benetti, Amels, Heesen, Oceanco, Baglietto, Admiral and CRN. Cabin counts run from five to seven, and all but one take twelve guests.
The median quote is three hundred and sixty seven thousand euros a week. An advance provisioning allowance of around thirty percent covers fuel, food, berthing and drinks, settled against actual spend at the end of the charter. Crew numbers run to thirteen or fourteen. Peak August weeks sit at the top of each range, and shoulder dates in June and late September are where the value is.
