An explorer yacht with diving equipment opens access to sites that standard charter vessels never reach. These are purpose-built expedition hulls with the range, stability and tender infrastructure to anchor above remote reefs, volcanic walls and deep blue-water formations. The combination of expedition capability and a professional dive setup means the yacht replaces the dive resort entirely, carrying guests to sites in the condition they were meant to be seen.
Twenty four explorer yachts in our charter fleet carry diving equipment, from Galena at thirty one metres to Octopus at one hundred and twenty six. La Datcha, a seventy seven metre Damen SeaXplorer, was built for polar and tropical diving alike, with a custom dive centre, submarine and heated decompression area. Big Fish, a forty five metre McMullen and Wing, offers true expedition diving while keeping itineraries nimble.
Weekly rates begin at eighty thousand euros and reach two million two hundred thousand for Octopus, with most of the fleet falling between one hundred and fifty thousand and seven hundred and fifty thousand euros. The advance provisioning allowance adds roughly thirty percent, covering fuel, food, berthing, drinks and dive logistics.
The Red Sea, the Maldives, the Galapagos and the South Pacific draw explorer diving charters for exceptional underwater conditions. In the Mediterranean, deep wrecks off Croatia and volcanic formations around the Aeolian Islands reward experienced divers. The Caribbean and Bahamas provide reliable winter reef diving.
