NAIA is a 73.6-metre explorer yacht built by the Spanish Freire Shipyard in 2011, with exterior design by H2 Yacht Design and a warm, zen-inspired interior by Mark Berryman. Originally conceived around her owner’s passion for oceanography and diving, she was built to support a custom five-person submarine with a diver lock-out system, shaping a robust, go-anywhere design that pairs research-vessel capability with genuine luxury.
Her ice-class 1D hull and 10,000-nautical-mile range at 12 knots allow her to venture into truly remote destinations, from polar waters to the Amazon Delta, while a fully operational, commercially certified helideck doubles as a vast sun deck with an eight-person spa pool and 54-square-metre gym when not in use for flight operations. The bridge deck lounge is a particular highlight, finished in rich leather flooring with mild brown wood panelling, large U-shaped sofas, a cinema screen and a dining table for relaxed socialising.
Exploration is central to the NAIA experience, with a dedicated diving room and an extensive equipment inventory supporting everything from recreational dives to technical exploration. Accommodation spans eight cabins across four guest decks, including a penthouse owner’s deck with 360-degree views, a private office and terraces fore and aft, supported by an experienced crew of 23.

The exterior deck spaces of Naia are laid out for the full range of superyacht charter experiences. An expansive aft deck provides a natural gathering point for meals and aperitifs, while the upper deck and sun deck above deliver progressively more sweeping views across the water. At 73.6 metres, the yacht offers considerable deck area for a group of 12 guests, with lounging, dining and social areas distributed across multiple levels to ensure privacy and variety throughout the day. Whether anchored off an idyllic coastline or in a bustling marina, the outdoor decks of Naia create a superyacht experience that extends naturally from the interior to the sea.
Naia’s water sport and leisure inventory is curated to offer genuine variety across any charter itinerary. A selection of high-quality tenders enables seamless transport between yacht and shore, whether for a restaurant dinner, a market visit or a beach excursion. Beyond transport, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkelling and diving equipment support time on and in the water, while towable toys and inflatable platforms make the yacht accessible to guests of all ages and inclinations. The crew’s expertise with the toy inventory ensures that every session is safe, enjoyable and as adventurous as guests choose to make it.
Charter itineraries aboard Naia span some of the world’s finest sailing grounds. Based in Mediterranean, she is positioned to offer guests access to the most sought-after destinations in yachting: secluded coves accessible only by sea, historic port towns with exceptional dining, vibrant anchorages surrounded by like-minded yachts and genuinely remote coastlines where the only company is wildlife. The professional captain works with guests to construct an itinerary that balances activity and rest, discovery and relaxation, with the flexibility to adapt each day’s plan to the wind, the weather and the preferences of the group.
