Fifty metres is where Feadship becomes reachable. Eleven charter hulls sit in this band and four of them were launched before 1990, which puts a Dutch built displacement yacht with a full beam master and a crew of twelve inside a budget that buys a much newer boat elsewhere. The build quality does not date the way the styling does.
Secret Life is the oldest at 1974 and Mirage the largest at fifty three metres with eight cabins, both from an era when Feadship laid out interiors for long passages rather than short weeks. Kassandra and Ancallia follow, refitted and working Greece and the Adriatic. Bella, Gladiator and Hurricane Run are the modern end, with beach clubs, gyms and steam rooms, and Lady Victoria and Acta are the newest hulls in the group.
Weekly rates open at one hundred thousand euros for Secret Life and reach three hundred thousand for Acta, with the median at one hundred and fifty four thousand. Six of the eleven charter below one hundred and seventy thousand, which is unusual for the name. Add an advance provisioning allowance of roughly thirty percent for fuel, food, berthing and drinks.
