Lastovo is one of Croatia’s most remote and pristine island destinations, its status as a National Park protecting both the marine environment and the island’s largely uninhabited southern coast from development. At 125,000 Euros per week, the yachts available in Croatia measure 42 to 52 metres, carry professional crews of eight to ten and provide well-appointed accommodation for parties of eight to twelve guests.
Skrivena Luka, a deep inlet on Lastovo’s southern coast, is considered one of the best natural anchorages in the Adriatic, offering complete shelter and exceptional water clarity. The island town of Lastovo itself, perched above the northern coast, preserves a way of life little changed from the Venetian era.
Charter fees cover the yacht and full crew. The Advance Provisioning Allowance runs to approximately ~37,000 euros, covering fuel, provisions, marina berthing and running costs. 4 yachts are available in Croatia at this weekly rate. July and August carry peak demand; June and September offer near-identical conditions with greater date flexibility.
Lastovo’s remoteness places it at the centre of the southern Dalmatian island circuit. Korcula lies two hours north, Mljet one hour east and the outer islands of the Elaphiti archipelago two hours southeast toward Dubrovnik. A week based from Lastovo covers the quietest and most scenically unspoiled stretch of the Croatian coast.
