Pula and Istria is the northernmost point of the Croatian charter region and one of its most culturally layered, the Istrian peninsula’s Roman heritage, truffle forests and diverse cuisine offering a distinct character to the Dalmatian islands further south. At 125,000 Euros per week, the yachts available in Croatia measure 42 to 52 metres, carry professional crews of eight to ten and provide well-appointed accommodation for parties of eight to twelve guests.
Pula’s first-century Roman amphitheatre, one of the best preserved in the world, stands at the edge of the old harbour and is visible from any yacht anchored in the bay. Rovinj, 40 nautical miles north along the Istrian coast, provides one of the Adriatic’s most picturesque small harbours. The Brijuni Islands National Park, a short passage from Pula, offers clear and lightly visited waters.
Charter fees cover the yacht and full crew. The Advance Provisioning Allowance runs to approximately ~37,000 euros, covering fuel, provisions, marina berthing and running costs. 4 yachts are available in Croatia at this weekly rate. July and August carry peak demand; June and September offer near-identical conditions with greater date flexibility.
From Pula, the Istrian coast extends north to Rovinj and the Slovenian border, or east and south down the Kvarner Gulf toward the main Dalmatian islands. The Brijuni National Park archipelago is accessible as a day trip from Pula. In a week, a yacht can cover Istria and reach the Kornati National Park to the south.
