Before departure, we explain your APA, the Advance Provisioning Allowance used by the Captain for costs such as fuel, marina fees and other itinerary-related expenses. The Captain keeps a record of spending throughout your charter and will keep you and us informed if additional funds are needed. If your expenditure is getting close to going over, you will be contacted and presented with the entire documentation.
At the end of your charter, any unused balance can be returned to you; any agreed additional expenditure is settled then. From there, we remain available for your next charter, wherever you would like to go.
