GATSBY is a thirty metre navetta motor yacht built by Filippetti Yacht in Italy, launched in 2014 and freshened through a 2026 refit. She wears the timeless, slightly nautical lines of a proper displacement navetta, a raised pilothouse, wide side decks and a solid, sea kindly hull, and she pairs that classic look with a warm, richly finished interior. Based on the French Riviera, she is ideally placed for Monaco, Cannes, Saint Tropez and the wider western Mediterranean, from the Cote d Azur across to Corsica, Sardinia and the Italian coast.
She sleeps twelve guests across six cabins, a master, a VIP, further doubles and a twin, each with its own bathroom. The interior is a study in dark, polished timber offset by pale leather and crisp linens, a warm and grown up look that feels calm and private below decks. The cabins are generous and quiet, with good storage and plenty of natural light, and the master is a real retreat with a sitting area, wide windows and a marble bathroom of its own.
Her main deck salon is the heart of the yacht, a large open room with deep cream sofas at one end and a formal dining table at the other, wrapped in dark joinery and framed by wide windows. It works as one connected living space, roomy enough to gather the whole party for dinner and relaxed enough to slip away with a book, and it stays cool and calm through the middle of the day. Above, a separate skylounge gives a second, brighter living room with its own seating and dining, a favourite spot to watch the coast slide by on passage.
Outside she offers a great variety of space. The aft deck sets a teak table for long al fresco lunches a step from the salon, the foredeck carries a broad run of sun pads for quiet time away from the group, and a raised upper deck adds a shaded lounge with the best views aboard. A sun deck above gives yet more room to stretch out, and a swim platform opens the yacht to the water for a morning swim or an easy launch of the toys. It is a yacht that spreads a party out across several decks rather than crowding it into one.
Under way she is exactly what a navetta should be, steady, quiet and comfortable at a relaxed cruising pace, with stabilisers that keep her calm both on passage and at anchor. She is at her best on the scenic coastal runs of the western Mediterranean, where the journey matters as much as the anchorage, moving easily between the harbour towns of the Riviera and the quieter coves of the islands beyond.
A crew of six looks after the twelve guests aboard, running the cooking, the service and the water sports with easy professionalism. The seabob, paddleboards, towable toys and snorkelling gear come out through the day, and the tender keeps Monaco, Cannes and a quiet Corsican cove all within reach for a run ashore in the evening. The galley turns out the generous, unhurried food a Mediterranean charter is all about.
GATSBY suits families and groups who want a classic, characterful motor yacht with real presence and plenty of room for the French Riviera: six ensuite cabins, a warm timber salon, a skylounge and a spread of decks to move between. She is elegant, comfortable and quietly capable, a considered base for a summer along the Cote d Azur and the western Mediterranean.
